Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant for Strategy, Growth, and Transformation within its Finance Transformation practice in the United States. You will partner with Finance and Technology leaders to modernize finance through strategy, operating models, technology, data, and AI initiatives.

The role involves designing and delivering finance transformation roadmaps, evaluating technology, and leading workstreams with clients and Deloitte teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in finance strategy, transformation, finance technology, or AI.
• Experience developing financial models or business cases.
• Experience with ERP/EPM/AI-enabled solutions in finance.
• Experience leading transformation workstreams and timelines.
• Ability to travel about 50% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help clients design and deliver finance transformation strategies and technology-enabled solutions.
• Assess finance capabilities, processes, and operating models for improvement opportunities.
• Develop finance strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate finance technology solutions including ERP/EPM, cloud, and AI tools.
• Manage project workstreams, deliver client outputs, and support implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Economics

MBA or MSc in Finance or related advanced degree

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work

Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

Ability to lead projects or workstreams

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
