Professional Management Enterprises (PME) is seeking a Senior Developer to support Deltek Costpoint ERP implementations, configurations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on Costpoint experience, strong knowledge of GL, AP, and AR modules, and a track record of leading system implementations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Deltek Costpoint implementation and support.
• Strong Costpoint financial module expertise: GL, AP, AR.
• Experience with Costpoint system administration and back-end configuration.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate into functional solutions.
• Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into Costpoint solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Costpoint enhancements.
• Configure and support Costpoint modules: GL, AP, AR.
• Perform system administration, security roles, user setup, workflows.
• Lead design, testing, deployments, and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis.
