Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Sr. Manager in the Deltek Costpoint Industry Specialty Services practice to translate client requirements into robust ERP solutions and lead Costpoint implementations.

You will guide consultants, maintain client relationships, and provide support in ERP, ancillary systems, and integrations. You will mentor teammates, participate in business development, and ensure adherence to government contracting rules across multiple regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA preferred for leadership in industry specialty services.
• Ten or more years of accounting/system-focused experience.
• Familiarity with government contracting and regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead ERP implementations of Deltek Costpoint.
• Mentor project teams and manage client relationships.
• Review Statements of Work and assist business development.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting rules throughout projects.
• Oversee system integrations and data mapping activities.
