Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Deltek Costpoint Senior Manager to lead ERP implementations, mentor project teams, and manage client relationships across government contracting, nonprofit, and regulated industries. The role requires deep Costpoint knowledge and certifications, with focus on delivering value and maintaining compliance.

The Senior Manager will drive project execution, oversee diverse integrations, and contribute to business development initiatives while upholding BDO’s client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPAcc preferred.
• Ten+ years of accounting & system-focused experience required.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and highly regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP and technology implementation best practices preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or PMP preferred; ERP or technology certifications preferred.
• Deltek Costpoint required; proficiency with MS Office suite and Cognos required.

Responsibilities

• Architect ERP implementations of Deltek Costpoint and lead project teams.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve objectives within contract scope.
• Oversee integrations and data mapping/conversion activities.
• Develop and review Statements of Work or Proposals; participate in BD meetings.
