Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications from an accredited college or technical institute.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Support/Application Support.
Responsibilities
- Delivery: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
- Delivery: Create and deliver effective workshop presentations.
- Delivery: Draft detailed statements of work and roadmaps.
- Delivery: Prepare customer-facing project timelines.
- Delivery: Facilitate weekly customer meetings for status updates.
- Support: Lead a team of 2-5 support engineers.
- Support: Address critical alerts promptly within shift.
- Support: Perform root cause analysis and document findings.
- Support: Monitor ticket quality and SSC portal documentation.
- Support: Escalate issues with detailed logs to R&D.
