Job summary

AgilityFeat, Inc. seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our LatAm remote team for US-based projects. The role focuses on AWS and Google Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in client demonstrations.

Fluent English (B2+) is required, and experience with VoIP/WebRTC or AI infrastructure is a plus. This is a contractor position with monthly USD payments, aligned to ET/CT business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on DevOps experience in cloud environments

Responsibilities

Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote from LatAm

Working hours: Full-time, aligned w/ Eastern or Central Time business hours (ET, CT)

The Role

An action-oriented Senior DevOps Engineer with deep experience in AWS and Google Cloud and excellent communication skills to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a client-facing role. Experience with VoIP, WebRTC, or AI infrastructure is a plus.

Fluent English is a must! B2+ or above is required. Please do not apply if you have only intermediate English.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage cloud-based infrastructure based not restricted to AWS for web and mobile applications
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing
• Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of real-time applications
• Establish and maintain observability systems including logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and alerting
• Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response planning
• Participate in daily standups with teammates and weekly demos with clients
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build processes and deployment strategies
• Assist in maintaining security best practices across infrastructure and application deployments

Technical Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing DevOps practices in cloud environments, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible
• Proficient with REST APIs, Webhooks, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaaS platforms in AWS and Google Cloud
• Strong experience in containerization, orchestration, and automation using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch, Datadog) and setting up logging, monitoring, and alerts
• Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions (S3, EBS)
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing
• Experience architecting and managing cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) for scalable machine learning and data pipelines is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building and scaling infrastructure for VoIP and/or WebRTC applications is a plus
• Experience building and scaling infrastructure for AI agents is a plus
