Job summary

The role requires 5–6 years of hands-on experience, strong English and Portuguese communication, and mentoring skills. You will coordinate incidents, guide junior teammates, and ensure 24x7 coverage in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Track record in implementation, upgrade projects or production support
• Broad knowledge of support processes across applications
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; Portuguese also required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex customer issues and plan resolution with AMS L2/L3/L4 involvement
• Replicate reported issues and modify configurations to resolve incidents
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Coordinate with manager on daily tasks and staffing
• Ensure 24x7x365 support capabilities and flexible hours
• Document change requests and test results
