Job summary

Worldly is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive cross-functional squads' delivery of software solutions aligned with strategic objectives. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate with Product Managers and squad leads to resolve impediments and promote collaboration.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, Scrum/Kanban proficiency, and the ability to navigate challenges in a remote LATAM context, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or similar role in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban with hands-on agile ceremony facilitation.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Oversee backlog, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Serve as primary liaison between Product Owners/Managers and Development team; surface risks early.
