Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly organized Remote Delivery Route Planner & Coordinator to optimize last‑mile logistics for a growing e‑commerce fulfillment client. Plan routes, analyze data, and coordinate with dispatch remotely to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction.

You will monitor routes, adjust plans in real time, report KPIs, maintain records, and stay current with routing technologies to drive efficiency and cost savings across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in route planning and logistics coordination for delivery contexts.
• Proficiency with routing software and mapping tools to optimize networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data.
• Excellent remote communication, written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and disciplined working remotely with a focus on accuracy.
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile operations is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities
