Job summary

Hub Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to reconcile and confirm Final Mile delivery routes for assigned markets. The role emphasizes using software to validate efficient routing, meet market needs, and ensure data accuracy while providing internal customer service.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional overtime. This remote position supports field teams and requires strong MS Office skills, high organization, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to type 50 WPM.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Self-sufficient and able to work under minimal observation.
• Can-do attitude with a will-do work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast paced/high volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing routes for multiple markets.
• Communicating with internal customers to support operational needs.
• Validating and reconciling order data.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Work well without direct supervision.
• Coordinate with field teams and managers.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
