Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, routing, transportation, logistics or delivery-coordination experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Able to manage multiple drivers, routes and customer issues simultaneously.
• Comfortable using routing and dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize daily delivery routes using the company’s routing system.
• Assign drivers and vehicles according to operational requirements.
• Monitor driver progress and delivery completion throughout the day.
• Communicate route assignments and instructions to drivers.
• Handle delivery-related customer calls and ETAs.
