Job summary

RTX is seeking a Delivery Project Coordinator for the Knowledge & Business Transformation (KBT) team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. This remote role focuses on managing project requirements, timelines, and stakeholder expectations from initiation to completion.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery of documentation and deliverables, while supporting DIS project execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of project timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with KBT to enhance user engagement and DIS project execution.
• Act as liaison between DIS projects and KBT teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather project requirements.
• Gather requirements to ensure clarity among stakeholders and the KBT team.
• Attend daily scrum calls to track scope and due dates.
