Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, seeks a detail-oriented Social Collaboration Administrator to optimize the collaboration platform and services. This remote role bridges end users, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth operations, governance, and high user satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and driving improvements across platform usage, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer requests and issues through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective support.
Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on collaboration tools and processes.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into platform usage, performance, and trends.
Collaborate with external vendors to gather, refine, and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Execute tasks for operations and maintenance for the service closely following standard work.
Execute and maintain governance processes for the collaboration platform, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to contribute to enhancing overall platform efficiency and increased user satisfaction.
