Job summary

RTX is seeking a Delivery Project Coordinator to support the Knowledge & Business Transformation team within the Digital Identity Services organization. The role focuses on gathering requirements, managing timelines, and aligning stakeholders from initiation to completion.

You will coordinate across cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery of documentation and milestones, while maintaining clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Project Management practices or Agile methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with requirements gathering and other BA responsibilities.
• Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of project timelines with a focus on meeting milestones and delivering objectives on schedule.
• Collaborate with the KBT team to enhance user engagement and drive DIS project execution.
• Act as a liaison between DIS project teams and KBT to foster alignment and collaboration.
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure on-time delivery of documentation.
• Identify and address project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate translation requirements between vendors, KBT, and Identity project teams as needed.
• Attend daily project scrum calls to track scope, changes, and due dates.
