Job summary

Unlimited Tech Solutions, a HubSpot-focused RevOps consultancy, seeks a Delivery Manager to own successful client project delivery from initiation to acceptance.

You will manage a portfolio of 10+ concurrent projects, lead cross-functional teams, optimize scope, budget and timelines, and build strong client relationships while pursuing growth opportunities. Remote work with US West Coast hours; base salary USD 70,000–90,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) directly leading the delivery of software implementation projects.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM implementations is preferred.
• Experience with software integration and data migration projects is a significant asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multiple (10+) concurrent client projects.
• Own project delivery from cradle to grave – directly responsible and accountable for the success of each project.
• Proactively manage project scope, budget, timeline, and risks to ensure profitable delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with the project team.
• Lead cross-functional project teams of 3–5 SMEs to align with project goals.
• Oversee staffing and resource utilization to meet commitments and company obligations.
• Ensure delivered work meets client requirements and project constraints.
• Use project management tools to provide clear visibility of progress.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and pursue growth opportunities.
