Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Delivery Manager for Healthcare Payer to lead complex payer transformation programs from platform implementation through modernization and migration. You will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to achieve productive business and technology outcomes.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program delivery, Agile execution across multiple streams, and governance to ensure predictable results.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/Healthcare or related field.
• 10+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs, especially in healthcare payer.
• Proven experience managing platform implementations, modernization, migrations, or digitization initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery expertise, including Scrum, backlog & release planning, and Jira governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, QA, conversion, and integration.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare payer transformation initiatives.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple workstreams (BA, configuration, dev, test, conversion, integration, release).
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, sprint & release planning, dependency management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage program risks, issues, and impediments with mitigation and resolution plans.
• Coordinate with client leadership, vendors, and internal teams for integrated planning and production releases.
