Mission Underwriters is hiring a Delivery Manager to coordinate and manage the successful delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope, high-quality outcomes.

The role maintains the department roadmap, dependencies, risks, and provides clear progress updates to stakeholders. Remote position with occasional in-office activities, requiring up to 20% travel within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in delivery/project management or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Experience creating project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Knowledge of PM tools and delivery methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of products, services, and tech initiatives to meet timelines and quality.
• Coordinate activities across technology, operations, business, vendor teams.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, track deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and delays; develop mitigations.
• Clarify requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations.
• Refine processes for efficient, repeatable project delivery.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Provide regular dashboards and performance reports to leadership.
• Track KPIs including schedule, quality, risks, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company policies.
