Job summary

7 17 Credit Union seeks a Director or Vice President for Remote Delivery Experience in Warren, OH. You will lead Teleservices, Personal Experience, and Video Services with a focus on strategy, people development, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in financial services/credit union, call center, or similar operations.
• Experience leading and developing managers and overseeing multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and coaching to Remote Delivery managers.
• Oversee development and improvement of policies, procedures, and training.
• Evaluate technology and vendor solutions to improve member experience and efficiency.
• Manage budgets and analyze reports on service levels, staffing, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and executive leadership.
