7 17 Credit Union is seeking a Director or Vice President of Remote Delivery Experience to lead Teleservices, Personal Experience, and Video Services. This role drives strategy, staffing, and technology to deliver a premier member experience across Remote Delivery channels.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a track record of managing multi-team operations in financial services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a financial institution.
• Director level: progressive leadership experience in relevant operations.
• VP level: progressive leadership experience in credit unions, banking, or related service environment.
• Experience with performance management, coaching, employee development, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Teams: coach, mentor, and set goals for managers and team leads.
• Drive Operational Excellence: oversee policies, procedures, and training; monitor service levels and performance.
• Lead Technology & Innovation: evaluate new tech, coordinate vendor demos, implement solutions.
• Support Strategic Growth: partner in scalable Remote Delivery strategies and growth initiatives.
• Budget & Business Management: manage budgets, analyze reports, and present to executives.
• Member Experience: ensure exceptional service across all Remote Delivery channels.
