RTX is seeking a remote-based Delivery Assurance Lead to drive on-time delivery for complex programs, coordinating with Collins Product Teams and multiple functions. You will monitor performance, identify risks, and communicate recovery plans to customers.

The role requires SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong multitasking, and a track record in delivery-focused roles within aerospace/defense environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering against customer commitments in complex programs.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions to resolve delivery issues.
• Strong communication to provide status and recovery plans to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery assurance objectives and identify risks to on-time delivery.
• Monitor program performance, commitments, and critical hardware for delays.
• Coordinate with product teams to resolve issues impacting customer delivery.
• Interface with customers to communicate status and recovery plans.
• Monitor tracking, shipment, and delivery of critical customer hardware; resolve logistics issues.
• Perform escalated expediting to recover at-risk deliveries.
• Support delivery meetings with program status and risk assessments.
• Execute process improvements to enhance delivery visibility and customer experience.
