Job summary

What You Will Do
  • Drive delivery assurance objectives for assigned programs, proactively identifying risks and coordinating actions to support on-time delivery and customer requirements.
  • Monitor program delivery performance, customer commitments, and critical hardware to identify potential delays and initiate appropriate recovery actions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Collins Product Teams and other departments to resolve issues impacting customer delivery, including coordinating escalated actions when necessary.
  • Interface regularly with internal and external customers to communicate delivery status, address concerns, and provide timely updates on recovery plans.
  • Monitor the tracking, shipment, and delivery of critical customer hardware and coordinate with appropriate functions to resolve transportation or logistics issues.
  • Perform escalated expediting activities when required to recover at-risk deliveries and minimize customer impact.
  • Support customer delivery meetings by providing program status, identifying risks and constraints, and coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Execute process improvements that strengthen delivery assurance, improve visibility to delivery risks, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Utilize delivery assurance systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools to monitor performance, maintain accurate information, and communicate program status.
  • Develop strong working relationships across functions to facilitate timely issue resolution and maintain alignment on customer commitments.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Experience in customer service, customer support, program management, operations, supply chain, or delivery assurance.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
