RTX is seeking a senior supply chain/operations leader to enable data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration at the Columbus Engine Center. You will identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and ensure readiness across MRO planning, SIOP processes, and resource alignment for engine output goals.

The role emphasizes delivering actionable dashboards with Power BI, driving on-time starts, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet industrial performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Experience with DOME and SAP systems.
• 4 years of experience in MRO planning and/or material management, including SIOP processes.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure fast issue resolution.
• Conduct readiness assessments and provide visibility into emerging risks for timely decisions.
• Promote collaboration across stakeholders to accelerate problem-solving and improve engine velocity.
• Drive on-time starts by ensuring adherence to gate start and close plans.
• Facilitate fast, informed decisions across stakeholders to maintain schedules and goals.
• Surface escalations and risks to achieve Tier 3 readiness and network escalations.
