Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Delivery Analyst to support our expanding organization. The Delivery Analyst provides delivery support to Delivery Leads and project teams, helping maintain delivery transparency, strong documentation discipline, and reliable execution cadence.

You will help keep plans, status, documentation, and logs current; coordinate meetings and communications; and support day-to-day execution tasks so teams can focus on delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, PMO, or related role (or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with a project portfolio management tool (Planview Portfolio or similar).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and delivery tools; quick to learn new systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including meeting notes and tracking actions.
• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts or interest to learn.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/admin/IS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers to maintain portfolio data and resources in Planview Portfolio.
• Build and manage dashboards and reports showing progress, capacity/demand, and upcoming initiatives.
• Maintain delivery tooling and templates (Smartsheet/ ADO Boards); keep schedules and owners up to date.
• Prepare and distribute status updates, dashboards, and meeting materials; track actions and decisions.
• Maintain RAID logs and support mitigation tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, release checklists, and training logistics.
• Assist with basic financial and vendor tracking (timesheets, milestone evidence).
• Support documentation updates including runbooks and release notes.
