Job summary

Capgemini seeks a PMO Analyst to support the program by maintaining intake, tracking, and reporting clean and consistent across markets. You will work with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and the central PMO to ensure requirements, dependencies, and status are captured once and kept current.

The candidate must be local to Dallas, Texas to work from HQ office 4 days a week. The role emphasizes execution support, handling 3–4 Delivery leads concurrently and keeping efforts aligned and moving.

Qualifications

• PMO execution focus with ability to keep intake, tracking and reporting clean across markets.
• Experience coordinating with Delivery Leads and Product Owners.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence and Jira Product Discovery.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of Delivery Leads joining the BYTE program using a standard onboarding kit.
• Coordinate kickoff and discovery activities for new markets with aligned agendas and materials.
• Review requirements, roadmap, and architecture with the GDL and capture intake into Monday.com/JPD.
