Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Delivery Analyst in the United States to support technology delivery teams by keeping projects organized and moving forward. You will coordinate across project plans, reporting, documentation, meetings, and delivery tools, collaborating with project managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and risks are tracked and visible.

The role provides exposure to portfolio management, resource planning, financial tracking, and Agile delivery

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project coordination, delivery support, or PMO
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Planview Portfolio or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain project portfolio data in enterprise tools.
• Build dashboards and reports showing progress and capacity.
• Maintain delivery tools, schedules, and boards.
• Distribute project status updates and materials.
• Coordinate meetings, capture notes, track actions.
• Maintain RAID logs for risks, issues, actions.
