Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates efforts providing baseline support to project teams against key deadlines and requirements.
• Maintains project documentation, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery, escalating concerns to management for review and follow-up.
• Helps facilitate communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Establishes and maintains a system for tracking project deliverables and monitoring progress against delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Implements quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
• Identifies potential risks or challenges related to deliverables, works proactively to address them, and escalates issues to project management as necessary.
• Develops and tracks project metrics and key performance indicators, providing regular reports on project performance to leadership.
• Takes minutes for specific meetings, as directed and required.
