Job summary

Qlarant is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead large-scale projects across the United States, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with Data and Medical Review, and report progress to senior leadership.

The role requires strategic planning, risk management, and strong stakeholder communication. Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches and proficiency with PM tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience leading large and complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with successful delivery outcomes.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and mitigating issues proactively.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data and Medical Review, to ensure seamless project progress.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure clarity of goals.
