Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a remote, full-time six-month assignment. The role supports the IT PMO and collaborates with developers, data scientists, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.

Strong Agile experience and QA coordination are essential, with emphasis on documentation, testing, and regulatory awareness. Work hours are 8 AM–5 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certification in agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with SDLC, QA, and IT project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and coordinate project quality and testing activities.
• Prepare presentations, maintain project documentation, and provide coordination and administrative support.
• Monitor risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies; report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate quality planning, test status reporting, and stagegate presentations across teams.
