Job summary

Qlarant is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across the United States. You will drive project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with diverse teams including Data and Medical Review.

The role requires strategic planning, risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver quality results and support organizational goals in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects to successful delivery.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Data and Medical Review for progress.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
• Manage communications with CMS Division of Investigative Support (DIS).
• Receive legal documents and notify appropriate parties timely.
• Oversee payment suspensions workload from initiation to resolution.
