The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Community of Practice is seeking a Crypto/Web3 Product Manager to lead strategy, design and delivery of digital initiatives that advance DEI goals within a remote, global audience.

You will own product roadmaps, conduct market and user research, translate DEI priorities into features, coordinate with designers and developers, and ensure accessibility and inclusive experiences across all releases.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping user-centered products with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct user and market research and turn data into product decisions.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in product design, governance, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; explain crypto/Web3 concepts clearly.

Responsibilities
