Qualifications

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP and non-discrimination testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with high retention rates.
• Manage a caseload with roughly 50% balance between ADP and Safe Harbor plans.
• Document client interactions in the workflow management system.
