CPS, Inc. is seeking a Defined Contribution Plan Administrator for a fully remote role. You will guide clients and referral partners through the full life cycle of retirement plans, from design conversations to Form 5500, serving sponsors, CPAs, and advisors with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Experience with defined contribution plans and Form 5500 is a plus.
• Ability to explain qualified plan concepts clearly to clients and referral sources.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual valuation reports for defined contribution plans.
• Review compliance and nondiscrimination testing and IRS filings (e.g., Form 5500).
• Calculate minimum and maximum contribution allocations for plan illustrations.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, coordinating with CPAs and advisors.
• Review plan amendments and ensure executed copies are on file.
• Collaborate with business development and onboarding on proposals and technical guidance.
