Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps customer requirements. You will support Army and Marine Corps acquisition stakeholders, demonstrate interoperability, and help translate field needs into product roadmap inputs.

Reporting to the Applications Engineering Director, you will work with engineering, business development and field teams across expeditionary, littoral and tactical environments, with

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in a C5ISR-related field or equivalent defence experience.
• Experience in systems engineering or defence technology roles is expected.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing or tactical communications is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• US citizenship or eligibility for government SECRET clearance.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate technical capabilities of StreamCaster radios and interoperability with Marine Corps requirements.
• Support field trials, modernizations, and live-on-air execution of deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to ensure technically sound architectures.
• Align work with MARCORSYCOM, MCWL, and other naval/Marine corps stakeholders.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs and track progress.
• Build and deliver technical demonstrations for expeditionary networking needs.
• Conduct market research for potential industry partnerships and end-to-end architectures.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and customer engagements.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field

High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant technical or defence experience
