government and defence-sector positions, translating military experience into suitable civilian/government roles, and managing end-to-end recruiting across cleared domains. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting, with strong sourcing, stakeholder-management, and familiarity with clearance processes.

Qualifications

• 5--8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in cleared or GovCon environments.
• Deep familiarity with security-clearance levels and processes.
• Experience translating military backgrounds and clearance requirements to civilian roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across a portfolio of security-cleared roles.
• Source, evaluate, engage, and close candidates across cleared domains and locations.
• Build structured workflows for hard-to-fill and location-constrained roles.
• Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and FSOs to define role requirements and timelines.
