Infinite Electronics, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue by opening doors with defense primes, military integrators, and government agencies.

You will identify opportunities, build pipelines, and promote cross‑brand solutions across Transtector, PolyPhaser, and the core IE portfolio. Ideal candidates bring a strong hunter mindset, 10+ years in military/DoD sales, and proven ability to forecast, present, and close complex technical deals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical/vocational field.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the Military/Defense market.
• Established relationships with key industry leaders, governing agencies, and industry organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Open doors, create demand, build a pipeline from scratch and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Develop opportunities across targeted market segments through proactive prospecting and solution positioning.
• Penetrate strategic accounts, defense primes, DoD program offices, and government contractors to expand Infinite Electronics’ presence.
• Promote cross‑selling with IE products and leverage engineering capabilities for integrated solutions.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, provide weekly activity updates and pipeline forecasts.
