National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to help clients start their debt relief journey. The role focuses on enrolling qualified clients into appropriate programs, documenting discussions in Salesforce, and meeting performance targets in a remote, flexible environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a track record of reliability.

Qualificações

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous remote work experience preferred
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential
  • Career-minded with long-term advancement in the organization
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

  • Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options
  • Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM
  • Meet performance criteria set by management
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and any updates
  • Recall and document call information across multiple systems with multitasking
  • De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients
