Job summary

National Debt Relief seeks an Inside Sales Representative to guide prospective clients through debt relief options from a remote US-based role. You will use empathy and product knowledge to enroll clients into our programs and document conversations in Salesforce.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-facing roles, strong communication, and a career-minded approach. Remote work experience and punctuality are highly valued in our fast-paced environment, with competitive commissions to reward

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or a college associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Career-minded with a focus on long-term advancement within the organization.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team.
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either.
• Accurately recall and document call information, navigate multiple computer systems with multitasking.
• De-escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and be open to feedback.
