Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to empower prospective clients toward financial relief. This remote role supports diverse US locations with flexible hours and no cold calls.

You will guide clients through debt relief options, document conversations in Salesforce, and complete IAPDA certification within the first year. The position emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and resilience in sensitive conversations, with uncapped commissions driving total

Qualifications

2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
Sales experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Previous remote work experience preferred.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce CRM.
Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
Meet performance criteria set by management; changes may occur.
Adhere to policies and procedures of National Debt Relief and Sales department.
Recall and document call information across multiple computer systems; multitask effectively.
De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients.
