National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to empower clients on their debt relief journey. The role focuses on expert consultations, enrollment into debt relief programs, and documentation via Salesforce.

You will navigate multiple systems, maintain professionalism, and adapt to flexible schedules across several states. Responsibilities include achieving performance targets, completing IAPDA certification in the first year, and providing empathetic client

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief's programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management; criteria may change based on baselines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and any changes to them.
• Recall and document call information; navigate multiple computer systems with multitasking.
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients.
