National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to help clients regain financial confidence and start their debt relief journey. You will consult, enroll, and document client conversations while maintaining empathy across sensitive discussions.

The role requires 2+ years in client-facing work or an associate's degree, with Salesforce proficiency and IAPDA certification within a year. It offers a remote schedule with variable hours and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or college associate degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management; criteria may change.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and any changes.
• Recall and document call information; navigate multiple computer systems with multitasking.
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic client support.
