Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience delivering training on DMS platforms to dealership clients.
• Extensive experience working within dealership accounting operations and workflows.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend sessions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth understanding of Autosoft products and services for client training.
• Deliver impactful virtual and in-person training sessions using best practices.
• Collaborate to create guides, tutorials, webinars, and video content.
• Assess client needs and tailor training to use cases and goals.
• Update training materials to reflect product changes and client needs.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
• Provide post-go-live training and continuity support for adoption.
• Gather feedback and work with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance usability.
• Manage high-pressure client inquiries with confidence and speed.
