Job summary

Autosoft is seeking an Accounting Client Trainer to deliver clear, concise training on dealership accounting workflows through onsite and virtual sessions. The role requires becoming an expert in Autosoft products, coaching controllers, office managers, and staff, and ensuring go-live readiness with cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will travel up to 75% and must be capable of delivering engaging sessions while maintaining high client satisfaction and adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience delivering training on DMS platforms to dealership clients.
• Extensive experience with dealership accounting operations and workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and client-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual training across dealership accounting workflows.
• Guide teams through system setup, configuration, and go-live readiness.
• Review converted data and escalate discrepancies affecting launches.
• Coach staff on daily processing, month-end activities, and best practices.
• Develop training materials and customize sessions per client needs.
• Monitor client interactions to identify gaps and drive adoption.
