Job summary

Autosoft is seeking an Accounting Client Trainer who can become the go-to expert for clients and internal teams, delivering world-class training on Autosoft products through onsite and virtual sessions.

You will educate dealership accounting staff on general ledger, payables, receivables, month-end processes, and best practices, while partnering with Product and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the training experience and platform usability. This role requires up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Five+ years delivering training on DMS platforms for dealerships.
• Deep experience in dealership accounting workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to travel up to 75% including overnight stays.
• Proficient with MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Flexibility to schedule evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual training across dealership accounting workflows.
• Develop and update training materials like guides and webinars.
• Coach accounting staff on daily processing and month-end activities.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate with Project Management and other internal teams.
• Provide post-go-live training and continuity support to reinforce adoption.
