The Accounting Client Trainer at Autosoft DMS is a dynamic trainer who delivers tailored training to dealership clients on Autosoft's accounting workflows, both onsite and virtually. This role requires up to 75% overnight travel and combines expert product knowledge with engaging instruction to maximize adoption and reduce churn.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on training on dealership systems.
• Experience with dealership accounting processes and workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to client schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver onsite and virtual training across dealership accounting workflows.
• Guide accounting teams through system setup and go-live readiness.
• Support pre-install readiness by reviewing data and discrepancies.
• Coach controllers, office managers, and accounting staff on daily processing.
• Identify gaps and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolution.
• Provide post-go-live training and continuity support.
• Develop in-depth understanding of Autosoft products for clients.
• Implement best training methodologies for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Create training materials such as guides, tutorials, webinars, and video content.
• Assess client needs and customize training sessions.
• Refine training processes and develop new workflows.
• Monitor client interactions to improve product adoption.
• Educate clients on best practices and platform mastery.
• Serve as the voice of Autosoft in client outreach and service quality.
• Gather client feedback and work with Product/CS teams to improve.
• Manage time-sensitive queries with confidence.
• Provide updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Keep knowledge of new features updated for clients.
• Perform other duties to support vision, mission, and values.
