Job summary

Newsela Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Support to help the sales team close deals efficiently. This 12-month contract role is fully remote with flexible start times.

As an entry point into Sales Operations, you will verify deals, process amendments in Salesforce, and support customer-facing teams. A strong English communication and experience with Salesforce or Google Workspace are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in data entry, sales support, customer service, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional English communication skills and familiarity with Salesforce or Google Workspace.
• This is a 12-month contract role paid a monthly rate in USD.
• Candidates must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
• The role requires a personal Mac (Apple) laptop and is fully remote with flexible start times.

Responsibilities

• Focus on transactional deal support and administrative tasks to help the sales team close business efficiently.
• Verify incoming deals for accuracy and ensure approvals are documented and resolved on time.
• Handle contract amendments and update deal data in Salesforce and related systems.
• Monitor the internal Slack hotline and answer transactional questions from customer-facing teams.
