Job summary

ClearDATA is seeking a Deal Desk Contracts Administrator to support our Sales and Professional Services teams. The role focuses on moving opportunities from approved pricing through accurate contracts, SOWs, and signatures, with meticulous documentation and handoffs.

You will manage deal-desk intake, prepare quotes and documents with Account Executives, coordinate SOW development, and ensure consistency across contracts in Salesforce. Remote in the US or Canada; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales operations, deal desk, or contracts administration
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, SOWs, and renewal docs
• Strong organizational and communication skills with tight deadlines
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Manage deal-desk intake, track requests, approvals, owners, and target dates
• Prepare standard quotes and commercial documents with Account Executives using approved pricing
• Coordinate professional-services SOW development with Sales, technical resources, and Professional Services
• Capture project scope, milestones, pricing, and responsibilities in each SOW
• Review SOWs for completeness and alignment before signature
• Draft and update order forms, amendments, changes, renewals, and cancellations
• Route nonstandard pricing and contract language to Finance, Legal, Security/Compliance, Sales
• Track redlines, versions, and electronic signatures to keep deals moving
• Maintain deal files and CRM records in Salesforce
• Prepare closed-won docs for onboarding and handoff
