JumpCloud is hiring for a senior Deal Desk professional to drive renewals and deal governance across the Americas. You will work with Sales, Billing, and Finance to structure, price, and approve complex quotes while managing the close process in our CRM.

The role requires 3+ years in deal operations within SaaS, strong Salesforce CPQ experience, and a deep understanding of pricing models and revenue recognition. Remote-first, with country-specific requirements for Mexico.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Deal Desk, Renewals, Legal, Contract Management, Sales Operations or Finance in a SaaS environment.
• Strong Salesforce CPQ knowledge including quoting and exception approvals.
• Solid understanding of subscription-based pricing, professional services, and support fees.
• Familiar with revenue recognition concepts.

Responsabilités

• Manage renewals within working hours; assist with deal structuring, quoting, pricing, and exceptions.
• Track, manage, and execute renewals across the Americas.
• Assist with customer retention alongside Account Management and Services teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Operations, and Legal to review and approve non-standard deal elements.
• anticipate Revenue team needs through pipeline reviews and forecast calls.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Sales Management).
• Approve/reject/escalate proposals based on analysis and business judgment.
• Surface customer expansion opportunities and risks through data.
