Alkami Technology, a remote-first SaaS platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, seeks a Deal Desk Analyst to support deal pricing, documentation, and contract coordination across the quote-to-cash process.

You will partner with Sales, Rev Ops, Legal, Finance, and Accounting, ensuring accuracy and policy alignment. Responsibilities include processing standard deal requests, updating Salesforce/CPQ, and generating routine reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations or support, or a business operations role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Process and validate standard deal requests including quoting, pricing configuration, and order form preparation.
• Review incoming deal submissions for completeness, policy compliance, and routing requirements prior to analyst review.
• Support senior analysts on complex deal packages including data gathering, document preparation, and Salesforce/CPQ updates.
• Serve as the first point of contact for standard Sales inquiries related to quote building, pricing, product configuration, and quote status.
• Maintain deal records and documentation with a high degree of accuracy across CRM and CPQ systems; submit, track, and manage Jira tickets with EA.
• Assist with contract and order form administration including version tracking, template management, and execution coordination.
• Generate routine deal desk reports and dashboards tracking queue volume, turnaround times, and open approvals.
• Learn and apply deal desk policies, discount governance frameworks, and approval matrices with increasing independence over time.
• Participate in team process improvement initiatives and contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures.
