DeWinter Group seeks a Deal Desk Analyst to optimize non-standard deals, enterprise pricing, and quote-to-cash workflows in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to accelerate deal velocity and ensure compliant contracting.

Fully remote, supporting international markets with EU time zones; 8+ years in deal operations; Salesforce CPQ and Zuora expertise; leadership track record.

Competenze

• 8–15+ years of Deal Desk experience in SaaS companies.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash ownership.
• Background in complex deal structuring and contract reviews/approvals.
• Hands-on Zuora experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead or mentor analysts in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and efficient with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting international markets a plus.
