Sumo Logic is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support our US-East and EMEA sales teams by guiding deal structuring, pricing, quotes, and contract reviews. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure optimal deal outcomes and risk management.

In this role you will advise Account Executives and Customer Account Managers, collaborate with senior leadership including the CRO and CFO, and help drive efficient deal closure in a fast-paced, AI-driven product environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of pricing, finance, deal desk or analytics experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and extend hours during end of quarters

Responsabilités

• Act as a first point of contact and strategic advisor to Sales on pricing, deal economics and structure
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales and Operations on complex, non-standard transactions and provide pricing and deal structure insights
• Drive the deal process including quoting and commercial terms approvals to swiftly execute deals
• Provide regular training to Sales on deal structure and pricing topics
• Act as a key stakeholder in projects to improve systems, tools, and processes
• Define and assess key business metrics to track deal performance and identify opportunities
